You already know this, I’m sure, but in case you don’t, here’s a plug on why Amazon is the best thing ever when it comes to taking care of little ones. If I could offer any advice, it would be to make things easier on yourself. There are a lot of things we can't control, so for the things that we can control, take advantage of opportunities to give yourself a break. And guess what? Amazon allows me (and you) to do just that.
I'm pretty picky about the products I will use; I prefer organic, when possible, and I like to limit the chemicals that will be on the bodies of my babies. When Ryan was born, I did my research and found brands that I was comfortable with. (BabyGearLab was a huge help.) But once I settled on my preferred products, it was often a challenge to find them in stores or at a reasonable price.
Ok, back to Amazon. Three reasons why Amazon is amazing: products, price and convenience. Amazon carries a great selection of baby-related products, and I can find brands online that I can only find in a few specific stores. I can also find these products at a lower price then in the store—especially if I use Amazon Prime for free shipping, or if I subscribe to receiving the products on a regular schedule. Finally, there's something so convenient about ordering baby things and having them delivered to my front door. It saves time and reduces hassle by eliminating a trip to the store, which requires me to figure out how to get the babes and all the things back to the car and in the house.
